2. Service Description

Express Dental provides professional dental hygiene services, including but not limited to teeth cleaning, gum treatments, teeth whitening, and related dental hygiene services. All services are provided by licensed dental hygiene professionals in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

3.1 Booking

• Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or email.
• All appointments are subject to availability.
• We require accurate contact information when booking appointments.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• Standard Appointments: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Concierge Appointments: A $200 deposit is required to secure booking. This deposit will be applied toward the service. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

3.3 Late Arrivals

• Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure all clients receive their full treatment time.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash.
• Prices for services are subject to change without notice.
• Insurance claims are the responsibility of the patient, though we will provide necessary documentation to assist with insurance claims.
