Express Dental Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At Express Dental, we’re committed to providing exceptional dental hygiene services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ve established this refund policy to ensure clarity regarding cancellations, refunds, and service guarantees.

1. Appointment Cancellations

1.1 Standard In-Office Appointments

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur any fees.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) may be charged the full appointment fee.

1.2 Concierge Services

• A $200 deposit is required to secure a concierge booking.
• This deposit will be applied toward your service fee.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance qualify for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

2. Service Satisfaction

2.1 Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our dental hygiene services. If you’re not completely satisfied with your treatment:

• Please notify us within 7 days of your appointment.
• We will offer you a follow-up appointment at no additional charge to address your concerns.
• This follow-up appointment must be scheduled within 14 days of the initial service.

2.2 Service Refunds

• Full or partial refunds for completed services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Service refunds require documentation of the specific issue and professional evaluation by our dental hygienist.
• Any refund approved will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Product Returns

3.1 Unopened Products

For dental hygiene products purchased from our office:

• Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt for a full refund.
• Returns will be refunded via the original payment method.

3.2 Opened Products

• Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
• Defective products will be replaced with the same item if reported within 14 days of purchase.

4. Gift Certificate Policies

• Gift certificates are non-refundable but are fully transferable.
• Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
• Unused value remains on the gift certificate and can be applied to future services.

5. Insurance Reimbursements

• We provide detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement purposes.
• Patients are responsible for submitting claims to their insurance providers.
• Insurance claim denials do not qualify for service refunds.

6. Processing Timeframes

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
